At Neimenster Abbey on Saturday the 21st of March, from 11am to 3*
Join us for another Paths to Perception workshop, this one exploring how great art and artistic practices can help us think more deeply and healthily about our identities. We will first experience together some of the classic art works on the theme of personal identity, then discuss those art works, then break up into smaller groups (writing / visual art / music-dance) and work on our own artistic responses to what we've just experienced and discussed, which at the end we will have the option of sharing. The workshop will of course also be an opportunity to meet and get to know other thoughtful and creative souls.
*Though the full workshop will last 4 hours, participants who'd like to attend but can't commit to the full duration are totally welcome - there will be natural pauses and suitable points to step out between segments of the workshop.
The facilitators this time - and the leaders of the different creative groups in the latter part of the workshop - will be: Aurelie d'Incau (visual art), Tania Soubry (music-dance) and Benjamin George Coles (writing).
Attendance is free.
Food and drinks will be provided,
